Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Drizzle with the lemon juice and liqueur. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until they are very stiff.
Cover the tortelets with the strawberries and place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of each. Now completely cover the ice with the egg whites. Bake briefly in the preheated oven (or in the kettle grill) at 200 degrees convection. When the egg whites are brown, remove them and serve immediately.
Peaches, fresh or canned, are a tasty alternative to fresh strawberries. Likewise, the alcohol for children can be replaced with a fruit sauce.
