Instructions

  1. Knead the minced meat with onions, parsley, egg and cheese and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste. Shape into oval, elongated croquettes with moistened hands. Roll these in breadcrumbs and drizzle with oil. Grill the meatballs on the very hot grill for 5 minutes on each side and serve immediately.
  2. Tip: the breadcrumbs don`t burn so easily if you place greased aluminum bowls or thick aluminum foil as a base on the wire rack.
  3. The meatballs are also great to prepare in the pan!
