Clean the mushrooms and cut in half. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel and halve the garlic cloves.
Put everything together on a baking sheet and put it on the top rail in the oven and grill on the grill (highest setting) for about 12 minutes until there is no moisture in the mushrooms and the onions are nice and soft.
Chop the vegetables in the food processor and add the quark. Mix everything together nicely and season with salt, pepper, thyme and cayenne pepper and balsamic vinegar.
