Make shapes for the pineapple from aluminum foil (preferably from a can). Brush the bottom of the aluminum mold with melted butter and place the pineapple slices in it. Drizzle the pineapple with the lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place the pineapple in the aluminum dish on the grill and grill for about 10 minutes, then eat warm or cold. The pineapple is the highlight of every barbecue party with us. Experience has shown that we need 2 - 3 slices of pineapple per person.
