- Cut away the woody interior of the pineapple. For the glaze, stir together the rum, lime juice and honey until everything is connected.
- Grill the pineapple quarters over medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes on each side until they are hot and a little dark. Brush with the glaze.
- Serve hot with the remaining glaze. A scoop of vanilla ice cream goes perfectly with it. Also works great in the oven.
