Instructions

  1. Cut away the woody interior of the pineapple. For the glaze, stir together the rum, lime juice and honey until everything is connected.
  2. Grill the pineapple quarters over medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes on each side until they are hot and a little dark. Brush with the glaze.
  3. Serve hot with the remaining glaze. A scoop of vanilla ice cream goes perfectly with it. Also works great in the oven.
