Instructions
- Cut the porcini mushrooms lengthways into approx. 1 cm wide slices.
- Mix the oil with chopped parsley, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
- Brush the porcini mushrooms with the marinade and place on the hot grill (you can of course use the oven as an alternative).
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Brush with the marinade again and again.
- Can be served as a starter, or as a side dish to grilled meat or homemade pasta.
- Since I am a cook out of my stomach, the amount of oil, for example, is an approximate figure and can be changed as you wish.
