Instructions
Cut small bags in the loin and lard with half cloves of garlic. Pepper the sirloin (do not salt!) And wrap the bacon completely. Off to the grill (charcoal of course). Turn around every 5 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
With tzaziki and baguette.
