Make small holes in the pork tenderloin and insert fresh garlic cloves into each hole. Use lots of fresh garlic.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, rubbing evenly over all sides. Coat all sides with mustard.
Wrap the pork tightly with Black Forest ham slices and secure with kitchen twine so nothing falls apart.
Refrigerate the wrapped pork for at least 2 hours to allow the garlic flavor to develop.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the pork on the grill and cook for 30-50 minutes (depending on size), turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 63 °C (145 °F).
Rest the pork for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
