Cut the cheese slices into three long strips and the bacon slices into two long strips.
Wrap a strip of Gouda around the waist of the Maultasche, as well as a strip of bacon. Make sure that the whole construct is tightly closed.
After skewering everything will be put on the grill. Grill the skewers for about 3 minutes on each side on normal embers and heat, using a brush to spread small amounts of BBQ sauce onto the skewers.
