• 2 medium onion (s)
• 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
• 5 tablespoon ketchup
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• salt and pepper
• 1 shot white wine, if you want

Instructions

1. First you cut the onions into small cubes, add the sunflower oil, ketchup, the juice of half a lemon, sugar, mustard, Worcester sauce and, if you like, salt and pepper. If you want, you can add a dash of white wine. Now just stir everything.
2. Enjoy this sauce with grilled sausages, for example.
