Clean the squid by removing the head. The inside can be pulled out using the scale on the inside. Remove the skin under running cold water, rinse the squid again from the inside until only the white flesh can be seen. Remove the tentacles from the head with a sharp knife and press out the mouthpiece, also cleaning.
Cut the feta cheese into 2 cm thick slices. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, chopped garlic, salt and pepper to a marinade. Put squids, tentacles and feta cheese in a bowl and let stand covered for 3 - 4 hours, but at least 1 hour.
Fill the squids with feta cheese and marinade (a rather slippery affair) and seal with a toothpick. Place the tentacles on oiled wooden skewers, grill the squids for 5 minutes on each side, the tentacles for 2 minutes.
Tip: This is also possible in winter if you have a stove with a grill function. In doing so, follow the manufacturer`s instructions or experience with your own stove.
