Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potato and cut in half lengthways. Then cut thin slices crosswise. Do the same with the zucchini and aubergine. Cut the red pointed pepper and the onion half into fine rings.
  2. Now prepare a large piece of aluminum foil and distribute first the sweet potato slices and then the vegetables mixed. Sprinkle with herb salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  3. Close the aluminum foil like a packet by folding the narrow sides up and closing the long sides over them. Now place the parcel on the gas grill, close it and grill the sweet potato and vegetable mixture for about 15 minutes.
  4. During this time check again and again and mix with a turner if necessary. Once the mixture takes on some color, it`s done.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the quark with a little linseed oil, salt and pepper and add some freshly squeezed garlic to taste.
  6. The dish is a full meal for two people, but can also be used as a side dish for several people when grilling, e.g., be served with grilled fish.
