- Tinker small rectangular molds out of aluminum foil.
- Brush with oil. Cut the tomatoes and feta into slices and layer them like a roof tile in the molds. A little parsley in between.
- Press the garlic and pour over the tomatoes / feta pieces together with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Now simply put the molds on the grill. Takes about 10-15 min.
- A delicious change in the barbecue season.
