Put the meat cubes on four skewers and place them next to each other in a flat, lockable dish. Mix the garlic, herbs, red wine, oil and pepper and pour over the meat. Turn the skewers and marinate for 8 hours in a cool place, turning every now and then.
Remove from the marinade and pat dry well. Brush with oil and grill on the preheated grill until the skewers are cooked through. Only add salt after grilling.
