Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut off the stalk at the ends. Cut the zucchini lengthways into 0.5 cm thick slices and layer them in a sealable bowl (preferably a flat bread box), sprinkling some herb salt over each layer.
  2. Peel the garlic, cut into thin slices and add to the zucchini. Add the olive oil, close the bowl and shake well. Min. Let it steep for 1 hour.
  3. Then remove the zucchini with tongs (without the garlic) and brown on both sides on the grill or pan.
  4. We always have these as a side dish for grilling.
  5. Can also be super prepared and served cold as an antipasti.
