Cut the zucchini diagonally into oblong slices. Roast in a grill pan and place in layers in a gratin dish, salt and pepper each slice, drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice and place a basil leaf on top of each and then a small piece of cheese, without the mold rind.
Gratinate in the oven at 150 °, the cheese must not brown, but should only melt until soft.
