Dice or chop onions and garlic and fry in a little hot oil. Then add the minced meat and fry it vigorously, season a little. Add tomato paste and lightly toast to taste. Deglaze with a little water so that the roast sediment loosens from the pan.
Put everything in a slightly larger saucepan and now add kidney beans and tomatoes. If you like, you can add a little liquid depending on the desired consistency. Season everything well as required with salt, pepper and paprika powder and simmer on a low flame for about 10 - 15 minutes.
Garnish with a little feta cheese when serving.
If you want, you can serve some baguette with it or let the brown long grain circle simmer with it.
