Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients. Roll this out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (possibly place a baking frame around). Now let rise in a warm place or at 50 degrees in the oven.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a large pan with a little oil and the onions. Cut the leek into slices and halve, grate the carrots and add both ingredients to the pan. Add the broth and simmer covered for a while. Then season. Let everything cool down and preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  3. Whisk the three eggs and fold into the mixture. Spread everything on the dough, sprinkle with parmesan and put in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. The egg must be conched.
  4. Then portion and enjoy.
