Lightly sweat the onions, add the minced meat and fry. Then add the mushrooms and garlic, season a little with salt, pepper and chili powder (as desired).
When everything has the desired color, add the cream and let it reduce slightly. Then add the water, bring to the boil again, stir in the processed cheese. Now dissolve the stock cube in it and let it boil for about 3 minutes.
Finally, thicken with a little flour for the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder. If you like, you can also use a few fresh herbs.
