Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan, heat. Then let the diced onion become translucent in it, then put the grützwurst cut into medium pieces in the pan. When it has become mushy again, season carefully. Add rama.
Now I let everything simmer on a low flame for about 5 minutes.
Boiled potatoes are of course served with grützwurst with sauerkraut. Everything is decorated with parsley.
