Peel the avocados, mash the avocado meat in a medium-sized mixing bowl, remove the stone but keep it!
Cut the onion into small cubes and stir in, roast the garlic with the skin in the pan without adding anything (approx. 10 minutes, turn often), stir with the lime juice, jalapenos, oil and spices.
Cut tomatoes in half, then grill until the skin comes off easily. IMPORTANT! Save the juice and add to the mixture, peel and dice it, chop the basil, mix with the sour cream and sour cream with the avocado puree.
TIP: If you want to keep your guacomole a little longer, mix the avocado stone into the finished puree.
