Instructions

  1. It is best to cut the onions into long strips, not as small as for fried potatoes. Of course, chop the garlic normally.
  2. Sear the meat in the pan, add onions and garlic and fry well (put some of the onions aside and do not fry). While this is happening, you can lay out the finished pizza dough on a wire rack. Baking paper is usually already included with the finished dough. I recommend using a grate so that the heat comes in from all sides.
  3. You should decide for yourself whether you want to use the tomato sauce, I personally found it very tasty because it has a fruity taste. Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, then spread the tzatziki over the tomato sauce. Now sprinkle the raw onions nicely over the whole area. Now place the roasted meat in the middle of the coated dough and distribute it slightly outwards. Here comes the garlic sauce, depending on your taste. Now put about one pack of the grated cheese on top of the whole.
  4. Shape the dough into a pocket. This may take a bit of patience and instinct, but otherwise it`s not a big act. We now sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the now folded bag.
  5. Bake in the oven at approx. 150 - 180 ° C until the dough is nice and crispy. You can simply follow the recommendation on the pizza dough box. The bag is enough for one person for 2 days, even if you are very hungry.
