Instructions

  1. Fry the gyros according to the instructions on the packet. Spread in a bowl, then cut the onions into half rings and spread on top. Then add a layer of tartar sauce on top.
  2. Grate the cucumber into strips on a grater and spread over the tartar sauce. Sprinkle another thin layer of tartar sauce and the crisps on top.
  3. Cut the tomato into slices and place them over the chips. You can also leave out the tomatoes.
  4. Put the chips and tomatoes on top just before serving, otherwise the chips will become soft.
  5. The salad is very popular at every party and is a great change from all the pasta, leaf and potato salads.
