Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 180 ° C).
  2. Peel and slice the onion. Wash and core the peppers and cut into thin strips. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat vigorously in portions. Add the mushrooms, onions, paprika strips and zucchini and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the sauce separately. To do this, heat 200 ml of water and dissolve 2 teaspoons of stock in it. Mix with 20 g flour and bring to the boil. Add 25 ml Metaxa, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon gyros spice and bring to the boil again while stirring.
  5. Put the meat-vegetable mixture in a greased baking dish. Pour the sauce over it and spread the grated cheese on top. Now put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
