- Boil the potatoes, then peel them off and cut into slices. Fry the gyros in a pan for approx. 10 minutes without adding any fat. Let cool down.
- Wash the cucumber and tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into fine strips. Cut the pickled peppers into small pieces.
- Mix the prepared ingredients with the tzatziki and let it steep for a few hours, then sprinkle with crumbled feta.
- For grilling, leave out the meat and serve with gyros skewers.
