Heat the oil in the pan and fry the meat in it and season with the gyros spice. Cut the onion into rings and add. Fry everything well and then chill.
In the meantime, wash and drain the corn. Mix yogurt, creme fraiche or leisurely, lemon juice, a dash of white wine vinegar well. Squeeze the garlic cloves and add. Grate the cucumber and add the corn as well.
Season the whole thing with salt, pepper and paprika and mix in the meat again. Homemade pita tastes very good with it.
