Peel the onions, quarter them lengthways and break into pieces.
Place a piece of sheep`s cheese on each slice of pork loin, season and roll up. Place 4 rolls alternately with the onion pieces on a wooden skewer.
Mix the oil and gyros spices in a shallow bowl, marinate the skewers for approx. 2 hours and turn them occasionally. Grill on both sides on the grill for about 10 minutes.
