Instructions

  1. Mix the oil, thyme, oregano, paprika powder and garlic in a bowl. Cut the meat crosswise into thin strips, mix with the spices and marinate for a good 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the onions into rings. Cut the peppers into rings, removing the stem. Finely chop the parsley.
  3. Salt the meat and fry it all over in a large pan over high heat. Add the onions and fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve the sliced meat with the pepper rings.
  5. We eat the low-carb gyros with tzatziki or cucumber salad.
