Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet as small as you would like it to be. The smaller it is cut, the crispier it will be when seared. Peel the onion and cut into rings or slice. Peel and halve the garlic as well. Put everything in a bowl and season with gyros, salt and pepper. Finally add the olive oil and mix well. Put the lid on in the fridge overnight so that the flavors can spread out. It is best to use an airtight bowl, otherwise the whole refrigerator will smell like garlic.
  2. The pulled chicken breast fillet is fried well in a previously heated pan with the onions and garlic. The gyros is served on boiled rice.
  3. Also tastes good instead of rice in flatbread with tzatziki.
