Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into rings and fry it together with the gyros in the roasting fat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and a little sugar. Add the peppers cut into strips and fry briefly while stirring. Deglaze with white wine and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the cream and mustard and stir in the brown roux thicken.
  2. Serve with potatoes, rice or baguette.
