Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly and season. Then continue to fry until the minced meat is evenly browned.
Cut the white cabbage into thin strips and blanch in salted water for about 2 minutes.
Drain, add to the minced meat and fry with it. Pour in the milk and vegetable stock and stir in the pesto. Bring to the boil, add the rice, let it get hot and season everything with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
