Instructions

  1. Boil and peel the potatoes, cut the cauliflower into florets and cook too. Fry the minced meat with the onion.
  2. I always cook the potatoes and cauliflower together in the steamer, they just taste better.
  3. Put half of the potatoes in a baking dish cut into slices, season a little with fondor, then add some grated cheese!
  4. Then add the minced meat, season it with a little pepper and salt, add the cauliflower, season it with a little fondor and put some cheese on top.
  5. Using the instructions on the package, cook a sauce from the water, the cream, the granulated broth and the sauce powder.
  6. Pour half of it over the cauliflower, put the remaining potatoes in slices on top, finish with the rest of the sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the cheese turns nice and brown.
