Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat until crumbly, add tomato paste, 1-2 tablespoon. Add pineapple juice and season well with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Roast briefly.
  2. Slice the bananas, drain the mushrooms and pineapple.
  3. Whisk the cream and sour cream together, mix with plenty of curry powder (I use at least 2-3 tablespoons), salt and cayenne pepper. Spicy to taste.
  4. Put half of the minced meat mixture in a baking dish, place half of the bananas, half of the mushrooms and half of the pineapple on top. Now distribute half of the cream and sour cream mixture over it. Now layer again: mince, bananas, mushrooms, pineapple and finish with sauce.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 175 degrees for approx. 45 minutes.
  6. Rice tastes great with it.
  7. You can prepare this casserole the day before and put it in a cool place, so it is ideal for guests.
  8. At first glance an unusual mixture, fruit and mince, but it tastes really wonderful and has already convinced die-hard fruit-in-food skeptics.
