For the topping, mix the chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, minced meat, 100 g cheese and egg. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme.
Roll out the dough to approx. 30 x 40 cm.
Mix tomato paste with 2 tablespoons of oil and spread on the rolled out dough. Then distribute the mince on top. Roll up the dough from the narrow side. Cut the pizza roll into approx. 15 slices and place the resulting snails on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
