Instructions

  1. Cut the savoy cabbage into strips and cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Chop the tomatoes. Crumble the feta or roquefort.
  2. Dice the onion and fry in a little oil. Add the minced meat and fry with it. Add half of the cheese with the tomatoes to the minced meat. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  3. Put half the savoy cabbage in a mold. Whisk the cream and eggs together. Pour half of it over the savoy cabbage. Then distribute the mince mixture on top, add the remaining savoy cabbage, pour the rest of the egg cream evenly over everything and finally spread the remaining cheese on top.
