Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and add the egg. Then grate and mix in the feta cheese.
Now coat the bread slices approx. 0.5 cm thick with the Hackepeter - also into the corners (because otherwise they will quickly turn black when grilling). Press this mass firmly with either a spoon or a fork.
The side with the minced meat is grilled first until it looks through. Then turn and grill the other side until it is golden yellow (if the minced meat is properly pressed, nothing will fall off!),
This can be served with ketchup, barbecue sauces or something else.
