Put the haggis and whiskey in a bowl, mix and season a little if you like. Shape approx. 20 small balls, dust with a little flour and put in the refrigerator for approx. An hour.
Mix the breadcrumbs with flour, water and egg, season well with salt, paprika powder, chili powder etc. First coat the balls with the mixture and then turn them in breadcrumbs. Put them back in the fridge until they are firm again.
Fry in hot oil for about 30 seconds until they are golden brown.
A yogurt-garlic dip, curry ketchup or something similar goes well with it.
