Instructions

  1. Let the couscous stand for 5 minutes in a closed bowl with 300 ml of boiling water. Put the antipasti in a small saucepan and heat gently for 3-4 minutes. Heat a tablespoon of oil and fry the garlic. Add the mushrooms and fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are golden yellow. Put aside.
  2. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil and fry the halloumi for 2 minutes. Mix the antipasti and herbs with the couscous and season. Spread on plates and place the halloumi with the mushrooms on top of the couscous.
