Instructions

  1. Stone the olives and chop them like the parsley and onion. Rub the peel off the lemons.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Brush the drained halloumi with oil and grill on each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Serve with the salsa.
