Chop the chocolate and bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Once the milk has boiled, turn the stove down a little. Add the chocolate while stirring. Now let it simmer a little, also stir, until it has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add a drop of food coloring. Or just as much as you want the orange color to be strong.
If this is mixed in, you can sweeten the chocolate as you like.
Then you fill them into glasses or mugs and whip some cream until stiff. You can also sweeten these as you like. Put a blob of this on each glass and sprinkle them with a little chocolate flakes.
