Cook the semolina with oil in a saucepan until the semolina turns reddish. Boil the water and sugar in another saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Carefully pour the sugar water into the other saucepan and stir until it becomes a thick mass. Put the whole thing in a mold (Tupperware is also possible) and let it cool down.
Serve sprinkled with almonds and / or cinnamon if you like.
