Instructions

  1. Cook the stains in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, briefly toast the onion in a little butter. Add the pork belly and fry until crispy. Then add the ham and white cabbage, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and caraway seeds and cook covered for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the cooked stains and season again if necessary.
