Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, dry yeast and salt. Add the lukewarm water and the oil and knead everything well. Cover and let rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Knead the dough again briefly and roll it out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper to form a flat cake with a diameter of approx. 28 cm. Make hollows in the dough with floured fingers and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  3. Coarsely grate the mozzarella or other cheese and spread over the dough with the ham. Put the herb butter in flakes on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (225 ° C electric stove) for approx. 20 minutes.
  5. Mozzarella is very easy to grate if you freeze it for about 45 minutes beforehand.
