Instructions

  1. Heat a small non-stick pan and fry the bacon slices on one side. Turn the bacon over and let the fried egg slide slowly onto the bacon slices. Turn down the temperature and fry until the egg white is firm.
  2. Now turn the entire ham and egg over with a spatula and continue frying briefly. Then turn back and season with a little herbal salt and serve immediately.
