Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and fry in a little clarified butter. Cut the ham and mushrooms into strips, add them and sauté them. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the cream and bring to the boil briefly, stirring every now and then. Season again to taste before serving.
  2. Serve with pasta.
