Mix the flour, 180 ml of lukewarm water, 1/2 packet of dry yeast, salt, diced ham and fried onions with the mixer (dough hook). Then knead again nicely by hand. Let rest in a warm place for at least 1 hour or more. But the longer the dough rests, the better!
