Instructions

  1. Roll the minced meat into the slices of cooked ham, place the rolls in a greased casserole dish. Chop the onion, bell pepper and mushrooms and spread over the rolls. Mix the sour cream, cream and Texikana salsa and also pour over the rolls, then into the tube and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Can also be baked with cheese, depending on your taste.
