Cook the pasta and broccoli in a saucepan in salted water as usual and drain.
In the meantime, cut the ham into strips and fry in a little oil. I always do this in a wok so that everything fits in. Deglaze the ham with the cream and milk and let the processed cheese melt in it. Season everything with herbal salt, pepper and stock powder and finally add the pasta and broccoli. Stir everything and let it steep for a short time.
