Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic and sweat in oil until the onion cubes are translucent. Add the ham and fry briefly, then add the chanterelles.
  2. In the meantime, bring plenty of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
  3. Add the cream and vegetable stock to the chanterelles and stir in the cream cheese. Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth and stir into the sauce. Let simmer briefly and season with marjoram.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
  5. Tip: Sprinkle the ham noodles with grated Parmesan!
