Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the breakfast bacon into strips about 1 cm wide. Finally, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  2. Now fry the bacon without fat in a large saucepan or pan at full heat, as soon as the fat has loosened from the bacon, turn the stove back to about ¾ power and add the onions and garlic. After everything has fried for about 3 minutes, add the mushrooms, peas, cream and the herb cream cheese and stir everything well. Now let everything simmer for 10 minutes, taste with salt and pepper and then add the pasta cooked according to the package instructions.
  3. If the sauce is too thick, you can stretch it a little more with more cream or milk.
  4. The sauce tastes great when you refine it with truffle oil or truffle butter.
